The purpose of this research was to design a model to measure the GENERAL competencies of elementary school students with regard to regard to all domains education and to examine these competencies in elementary school students from the perspective of school principals and assistants. The present one is of the type of exploratory mixed research projects, and the researchers conducted have been collected using two qualitative methods (comparative analysis and interviews with experts) and quantitative methods (researcher's questionnaire based on the research model). In the qualitative part, at first, using comparative content analysis with Meiring's method and based on the fundamental reFORm doc ument of Education and other high-level documents, 5 main were extracted and the text of the interview based on these elements and considering all domains education was provided to 8 primary education experts who were selected by purposeful and snowball sampling. The results of semi-structured interviews showed that the GENERAL competencies of primary school students had 8 common themes and 182 sub-themes. In the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire was created based on the research model, and after validating it, it was given to 70 vice-principals and managers (out of 205 people) of schools in Bukan city in the academic year of 1402-1401, who were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method, it placed. Finally, the results of Friedman's test showed that the perFORmance of students in spiritual and intrapersonal-ethical competencies is favorable, in learning competencies is weak and in psychological-physical and cultural-social competencies is very unfavorable.

The author in this article has an historical review on different views of metaphysics. He believes that looking at the ideas of philosophers from ancient Greece, from middle ages, Muslim and Christian philosophers, and philosophers of the modern ages, reveals various aspects of metaphysics. He tries at the end to suggest a GENERAL PLAN to show both the FORm and the content of all METAPHYSICAL SYSTEMS.

Background: Although e-health is a global phenomenon, but many countries around the world are still in the early stages of using e-health. The aim of this study was to provide a framework of strategic electronic health PLAN FOR the country. Methods: The type of study is a qualitative-applied and the research community included the existing strategic PLAN and the frameworks provided by international organizations such as the World Health Organization, and ITU,and also, the country's top-level and strategic documents. To obtain the proposed framework of the country's e-health strategic PLAN, which includes vision, dimensions,components,and indicators through data grounded theory,reviewing literature,and questioning of fifteen experts who had important responsibilities at the level of senior managers of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education. The questioning was perFORmed two times: first through brainstorming to study their views on the vision of the eHealth strategic PLAN, and then using an open-ended questionnaire to collect their opinions about the subsets of the strategic PLAN, including dimensions,components,indicators. Results: Iran's e-health strategic PLAN should include three areas of prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation. It seems that the most appropriate duration of the PLAN is five years. FORmation of a surveillance committee with three working groups: strategic, stakeholder representatives, as well as consultants and experts with the specified tasks will ensure the success and continuity of the e-health strategic PLAN in the country. Conclusion: Determining the e-health strategic PLAN FOR the country is one of the main necessities of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education in order to reduce the financial burden of providing public health, especially by spreading the culture of self-care and health literacy, to make effective progress in achieving health justice.

This study was conducted during summer and winter of 2018- 2019 in the agricultural research field of Shahid Chamran University. Experimental design was split- plot based on RCBD with three replications. The main plot was the type of agricultural system in three levels including conventional (Conv), organic (Org) and sustainable (Sust) (integrated between Conv and Org) and sup- plot was the type of pre- cultivated crop in sequence with wheat including cultivation of mung bean (M- W), corn (C- W), sesame (S- W) and fallow (F- W). Yield quantity (yield and its component) and quality (grain protein), an estimate of photosynthesis matter transfer index of wheat and soil organic carbon (SOC) after one double-cropping were measured. The result showed that the highest (545.04 g/m2) and the lowest (409.28 g/m2) seed yields were obtained in Conv and Org respectively. In contract, with the changing type of system from Conv to Org, grain protein was increased significantly (from 8.3 to 9.6 %). In addition, the highest (535.47 g/m2) yield of wheat was obtained from M- W double cropping. On the other hands the highest remobilization and current photosynthesis matter were obtained in the organic agricultural system with M- W and conventional with M- W double cropping. The situation of SOC showed that the highest (33.18 mg/g) SOC was obtained in the organic agricultural system with C- W double cropping. The reason FOR improving SOC in the organic and sustainable agricultural system was application of organic matter (compost and vermicompost) and crop residue management. Totally, from the crop ecology point of view, sustainable agricultural method with a sequence of M- W was the most desirable system.

In recent years, due to the widespread attack of the enemies of Islamic Revolution and the attempt to spread wrong inFORmation and distort the facts regarding the perFORmance and achievements of the country in various social, cultural, political and scientific and technological fields, the subject of "Jihad of Clarification" it was proposed by the wise leader of the Islamic Revolution as a jihad-like efFORt to neutralize the biased goals of the enemies. Since "Jihad of Clarification" is considered as a social process to change the ambiguous situation to a clear and awareness-based situation, in the present study, an attempt was made to present a practical PLAN FOR "Jihad of Clarification" based on the "chain of change" in social SYSTEMS with a qualitative approach and using the philosophical research method. Based on this, document review method was used in data collection and reflective analysis method was used in data mining. Also, the requirements and enabling elements of "Jihad of Clarification" as a social project, in the FORm of things such as developing and diversification of inFORmation and awareness platFORms, scientific and logical support in the processes of clarification, observance of ethics and piety of pen and language were analyzed and investigated.

Second derivative GENERAL linear methods (SGLMs) as an extension of GENERAL linear methods (GLMs) have been introduced to improve the stability and accuracy properties of GLMs.The coefficients of SGLMs are given by six matrices, instead of four matrices FOR GLMs, which are obtained by solving nonlinear SYSTEMS of order and usually Runge-Kutta stability conditions. In this paper, we introduce a technique FOR construction of an special case of SGLMs which decreases the complexity of finding coefficients matrices.
